Trained Partner Agency Network
Central Coast Energy Services (CCES) has a network of partner agencies trained to submit LIHEAP and other low-income program applications for their program participants. This training session will provide a complete overview of CCES programs and documentation requirements. It will also grant you access to CCES' secure online application portal.
