Program Overview

Help may be obtained by calling our toll free number at 1-888-728-3637. You may leave your full name, mailing address, home phone number, and daytime phone number and an application will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days. Instructions on receiving Emergency service are on the recording. This method of service allows us to serve a large number of people with our limited staff.

Due to limited funding and a high demand for LIHEAP, a priority plan has been implemented to serve those in most critical need. We encourage you to apply, but cannot guarantee assistance even if you meet the income eligibility guidelines.

Our weatherization program is a free program available for qualifying HEAP applicants. You MUST qualify for LIHEAP in order to be eligible for weatherization. If interested, you may call our toll free number at 1-888-728-3637. You will need to leave your full name, mailing address, home phone number, and daytime phone number and an application will be mailed to you within 3 business days. Please specify that you are interested in the weatherization service and the appropriate application will be mailed.
