Kevin Bailey is a dedicated advocate for equity and community empowerment. With over a decade of experience in relationship building and stakeholder engagement, Kevin has a proven track record in grassroots organizing and policy advocacy. In his role as Lead Organizer at The Utility Reform Network, he develops strategic partnerships to enhance outreach to vulnerable communities, ensuring they receive essential resources and support. Through organizing and data analysis, he has driven significant projects, working towards utility affordability and access for all Californians.
Previously, Kevin led campaigns at Working Partnerships USA and SEIU Local 521, successfully organizing workers to demand fair wages, improved working conditions, and collective bargaining rights. Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Mills College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Portland.
