Bruce Greenstein has an expansive career in energy and water services related to construction. His construction and consulting firm, Impact Energy, Inc. specializes in building performance with a focus on energy and water efficiency, conservation, and preservation. Professional credentials include Class B General Contractor, BPI Certified Residential and Multifamily Building Analyst/Building Enclosure Specialist, QWEL Certified & EPA Water-Sense Partner, as well as his academic credentials; A.S. Degree in Telecommunication, Bachelor's Degree in Communication, and Master’s Degree in Career and Technical Education. Professor Greenstein now only provides consultation for Impact Energy, Inc. as he is the full-time Department Chair for Cabrillo College's Construction & Energy Management program.
