HEAP Program Application Information

You may leave your full name, mailing address, home phone number, and daytime phone number and an application will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days. Instructions on receiving Emergency service are on the recording. This method of service allows us to serve a large number of people with our limited staff.

Weatherization Program Application Information

Our weatherization program is a free program available for qualifying HEAP applicants. You MUST qualify for HEAP in order to be eligible for weatherization. If interested, you may call our toll free number at 1-888-728-3637. You will need to leave your full name, mailing address, home phone number, and daytime phone number and an application will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days. Please specify that you are interested in the weatherization service and the appropriate application will be mailed.

PG&E CARE Program Application Information

The PG&E CARE program is a reduced-rate program for income-eligible applicants. The program provides a 20% discount on each bill and is valid for a period of 2 years. If interested you may call our toll free number at 1-888-728-3637. You may leave your full name, mailing address, home phone number, and daytime phone number and an application will be mailed to you within 2-3 business days. Please specify that you are interested in the CARE program and the appropriate application will be mailed.

If you download a CARE application, please complete it and return it to us. If you receive your energy bill directly from PG&E, then please download the CARE application. If not, please download the sub-metered CARE application. If you are the resident of a sub-metered facility, you may also qualify for the program if you meet the income eligibility requirements. If you download a Sub-metered CARE application, please complete it and return it to us.

Water Demand Reduction Program

CCES, through the sponsorship of the City of Watsonville is assisting local homeowners and businesses to conserve water. We are installing low-flow toilets, faucet aerators or low-flow shower heads, for free. These money saving devices are offered to all residents and businesses whose water service is provided by the City of Watsonville in an effort to help us all conserve our natural resources.
